The Wellness Reentry Action Program (W.R.A.P.)
Oklahoma incarcerates women at almost twice that of the national average. Oklahoma males fare somewhat better and rank fifth in per capita incarceration rates nationally. W.R.A.P. is designed to foster offenders a smooth transition back into the community and reduce recidivism rates among African Americans. The program also offers substance abuse education, HIV/AIDS prevention education, mentoring, life skills and employment assistance for individuals incarcerated and formally incarcerated.

African American Faith Community for AIDS Prevention AAFCAP is a group of clergy in the Oklahoma City area addressing the rise of new HIV infections among African Americans.
