Rejuvenating Empowering Stopping Transmission Overcoming Reaching Efficacy. Project R.E.S.T.O.R.E. is designed to help Rejuvenate and Empower clients by giving them the tools necessary to not only reduce but Stop their risk for Transmission of HIV to others, to give them the knowledge and confidence they need to Overcome their fears and barriers in taking an active role in their healthcare, and the support they need to Reach Efficacy in their lives. This program is a client-centered HIV prevention activity with the fundamental goal of promoting the adoption and maintenance of HIV risk-reduction behaviors by clients with multiple, complex problems and risk-reduction needs.
